Health departments, local government offices, elementary schools are just a few of the places who serve the Hispanic population of your community. Ask about volunteerism opportunities and let leaders know of your intentions to learn Spanish. Most places are only too willing to pair you with Hispanics, and it is an excellent way of getting some good exposure to the language.
